Returns and Refunds


We get you buy something, but it just didn’t work out. We are here to make your return as quick and painless as possible as long as it is within 5 days of the sale. Here’s how it works.

The following items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Brushes or any tool that touches a pets coat
  • Grooming products that are opened or used
  • Sale items 
  • Any purchase using a coupon
  • Gift Cards
  • Grooming, nail or other services rendered. Call us and tell us what you don’t like and we will try and fix it.

When making a return, please include the original packing slip and any notes as to why it is being returned. Returned merchandise must be unused. 

We strive to ensure that every product we send meets your expectations. However, please read the following guidelines regarding returns:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  2. No Returns for Delivered Orders:
    Once the carrier’s tracking indicates the order has been successfully delivered, we do not accept returns for any reason, including claims of non-receipt.
    • Please contact the carrier directly if you believe the package was lost or stolen after delivery.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. Send photos and a description of the issue to productsupport@americanpuppystl.com and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  4. Exceptions:
    We are unable to process returns on custom, personalized, or final-sale items.

The buyer is responsible for all return fees if the item cannot be returned in person. No refunds will be given for shipping fees. 

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.
